1) |
The increasing line of SATL shows a bull trend. Turn over point of a bear trend is a local minimum of SATL indicator. End of turn over of a bear trend is a point where STLM indicator is crossing zero line from minus to plus value.
|
2) |
The decreasing line of SATL shows a bear trend. Turn over point of a bull trend is a local maxinimum of SATL indicator. End of turn over of a bull trend is a point where STLM indicator is crossing zero line from plus to minus value.
|
3) |
Horizontal form of SATL indicator shows neutral or flat market channel.
|
4) |
Positive values of a STLM indicator shows a bull trend on the market, negative - respectively bear trend. STLM is a forestall indicator. Local minimum of STLM always pass ahead the local minimum of SATL. Local maximum of STLM always pass ahead the local maximum of SATL. Extreme point of STLM is necessary but not enough condition for extreme point of SATL.
|
5) |
Increasing STLM with increasing SATL shows the acceleration of a bull trend. Horizontal and positive STLM with increasing SATL shows a bull trend. In the same time - as bigger is a positive value of STLM the bigger is a potential of a bull trend. Decreasing STLM with decreasing SATL shows the acceleration of a bear trend. Horizontal and negative STLM with decreasing SATL shows a bear trend. In the same time - as bigger is a negative value of STLM the bigger is a potential of a bear trend.

6) |
Increasing speed line FATL with increasing slow line SATL shows strong bull trend on the market. Decreasing speed line FATL with decreasing slow line SATL shows strong bear trend on the market.
|
7) |
Increasing speed line FATL with decreasing slow line SATL shows bull correction on bear trend or consolidation. Decreasing speed line FATL with increasing slow line SATL shows bear correction on bull trend or consolidation.
|
8) |
Beginning or restoring of the same FATL and SATL movement (increasing or decreasing) shows beginning of a trend OR end of the correction and continuation into the SATL direction.
|
9) |
PCCI indicator can be interpreted as a measure of the market acceleration.
Increasing PCCI, corresponds to the acceleration in bull direction.
Decreasing PCCI, corresponds to the acceleration in bear direction.
|
10) |
If PCCI decreasing above zero line you have to expect slow down of the price increasing: the acceleration is already in reverse direction and speed of bull price changes decreasing. This is forestalling signal for beginning of some bear correction in bull market or beginning of a bear trend.
|
11) |
If PCCI increasing below zero line you have to expect slow down of the price decreasing. This is forestalling signal for beginning of some bull correction in bear market or beginning of a bull trend.
|
12) |
Every PCCI transition through the zero line means termination of some impulse wave or of sub wave on the market. PCCI is very sensitive indicator and will first shows you some tendencies about the impulse market wave completion.
Transition from (+) to (-) value means that the peak of bullish wave you have to expect, and transition from (-) to (+) value means the bottom of bearish impulse wave to expect.
